By subscribing to or using the SmartLink platform (\u201cService\u201d), you (\u201cClient\u201d) agree to be bound by this Agreement with GNH Solutions (\u201cAgency\u201d).<\/p>\n

The Agency provides a digital profile and name card platform designed for professional branding, lead generation, and client engagement.<\/p>\n
Services include:<\/p>\n
The SmartLink platform is provided on a tiered subscription basis.<\/span><\/p>\n Details relating to service tiers, pricing, support levels, and review frequency are presented on the SmartLink service pages and confirmed during the onboarding process.<\/span><\/p>\n The Client agrees to the applicable service tier and subscription plan selected at the point of subscription, as recorded in the system-generated agreement summary. The Agency reserves the right to update service tiers, pricing, and support structures from time to time, provided that any changes shall not affect existing subscriptions within their current billing cycle. The Service is offered under the following tiers: <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Customisation refers to layout configuration, branding adjustments, and structured content enhancements. <\/p>\n A one-time setup fee applies based on the selected tier.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Ongoing services are provided under:<\/p>\n Billing options:<\/p>\n If payment is not received:<\/p>\n Services will resume upon full settlement.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Agency will use reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and provide support.<\/p>\n SLA does not apply during:<\/p>\n The Agency retains ownership of the SmartLink platform.<\/p>\n The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service, subject to:<\/p>\n The Agency processes data in accordance with applicable laws, including PDPA Malaysia.<\/p>\n Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect Client data.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Either party may terminate the Service with 30 days<\/strong> written notice<\/p>\n Upon termination:<\/p>\n The Agency\u2019s liability is limited to the fees paid within the preceding 12 months.<\/p>\n The Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement governing use of the Service.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This Agreement is electronically generated and accepted upon submission, payment, or continued use of the Service.<\/p>\n It constitutes a valid and binding agreement.
